病人的檢體中,一定會有人類DNA,這會干擾後續的PCR或定序判讀。所以我們的操作多了一個除去人類DNA的步驟,可以保證除去99%的干擾,取得純度最高的病原菌DNA

​節省人力

不同於傳統culturing,操作人員使用全自動設備能最低限度的接觸到病原體,每次上機時間約2小時,實際hands-on的時間只有0.5hr,每次上機一個run可放12個samples,一個人力一天可跑3個runs。

​不到一天就可出報告

採用全自動設備將為您的實驗室幫上很大的忙。由自動化設備萃取出的DNA可直接上PCR,PCR一般需要2hr,就可知道+/-結果,然後再送定序,通常5hr就可拿到定序結果,我們會教您如何BLAST,使用我們設備的客戶已經可以快速的判斷1300種病原菌
